Several workshop participants who could not attend the conference the day before, so he started to recall the outline, presenting the “Theory of self-determination” (Deci and Ryan, 1985, 2002) and in particular what is called intrinsic motivation (IM: where the spot is the goal in itself) and extrinsic motivation (ME: where the activity is a tool to get something). In the ME, there are 3 levels: Schematically: Intrinsic Motivation Motivation self-determined extrinsic motivation by identified regulation (we know that it is useful for something else dear to our heart) By introjected regulation (to please, to not experiencing guilt) not self-determined motivation by external regulation (by compulsion, obligation) the work shows that two types of motivation that fall under self-determination have more favorable effects on welfare, on learning … .. following a question, several references on this work have been given … the motivation is based on the existence in any individual, 3 basic psychological needs, and interest and pleasure to perform an activity are highly dependent on the satisfaction 3 of these needs are: The need for self-determination The need for competence: to be ntir effective in business activities; perceptions of effectiveness provide a satisfaction that will increase the motivation to continue the activity The need for social belonging: need to feel connected to important people for me, with pouring emotional and cognitive side (feel understood, accepted, physics homework answers free
respected, especially in the recognition of my skills by others … once these specified items, a discussion with the audience is committed Among the issues discussed and / or issues raised. this research is scientific arguments to justify our teaching practices; little research in France, especially USA and Quebec what is working is identified regulation (IR) work among peers, peer remarks can bring that RI; (shown with correspondence, and returns on misrepresented mail etc ….)
